Mikumi National Park
Experience Tanzania's wildlife paradise with our premium safari tours to Mikumi National Park
Discover Mikumi National Park
Mikumi National Park, Tanzania's fourth-largest national park, offers an incredible wildlife experience without the crowds. Located just a few hours' drive from Dar es Salaam, Mikumi provides the perfect opportunity to witness Africa's magnificent wildlife in their natural habitat.
Our expertly guided safari tours take you through the vast Mkata Floodplain, where you'll encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and if you're lucky, lions and leopards. The park's diverse landscapes, from open grasslands to dense woodlands, create the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable safari adventure.

Wildlife Paradise
Mikumi is home to an abundance of wildlife, including large herds of elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. The park is also known for its predators, such as lions, leopards, and wild dogs.
Bird enthusiasts will be delighted by the over 400 bird species that inhabit the park, including colorful lilac-breasted rollers, yellow-throated longclaws, and various birds of prey.
The Mkata Floodplain, often compared to the famous Serengeti Plains, provides excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, especially during the dry season when animals gather around water sources.
